The Kusadasi Martyrs Cemetery was built on August 22, 1922 in Gozpinar for the 44 martyrs shot by the Greeks which is located in Kusadasi, Aydin. The name of this village known as Arapli was changed to Gozpinar after this massacre. The men who were martyred in this massacre were buried by women in the same village.
